WOYWW 540

Good morning all.  Oh dearie me where have the last 8 weeks gone!  I can't believe I have been AWOL for so long!  I've no excuses - just real life in all its forms - work, family, hospital appointments, holiday (to Barcelona, very lovely), visitors from Canada, and some DIY in the garden!  Aside from all that it's been very quiet!  Time to visit Julia and all the other deskers in WOYWW.

I don't have much to show for 8 weeks, so it's a short post from me.  A few anniversary cards is pretty much it.  Hopefully life has quietened down enough for me to do some crafting, but one never knows!

Hope everyone is well, and I'll be round to visit this evening!  Take care, Heather x

Good, I'm glad you've been living it large!! It's what life's all about :-). I loved Barcelona when i worked there on an Outside Broadcast of the Special Concert leading up to the Olympics in 92. Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe sang Barcelona - that's something I'll never forget! Those are lovely anniversary cards btw, I'd buy them!

Sounds like you have had good reason to abandon the craft desk. Never been to Barcelona but I'm sure it's a great holiday destination. Beautiful anniversary cards. Have a great week. Elizabeth x #20

Sounds like you've been busy. The good thing about desks is that they are always there when you have time for them and they never complain if you neglect them that is as long as you keep the tops tight on the paint Lol! Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww, Angela X14X

You have definitely made good use of your Summertime away, I was drawn away for 4/5 weeks myself. Trying to get back into the swing of it all now in between the DIY days. Super Anniversary cards, we will all be thinking about Christmas soon. Wishing you a Happy WoywW & welcome back Tracey #11

HI Heather, I like that you are you know just chopping up that paper and going and going with it. ( I need to do more of that, the scraps get out of hand some times) but, they are little so it will probably end up being tags. Sounds like it was a good and busy summer. ~Stacy #26
